Macintosh and Windows support

Basic service for home computers is billed at $50 per hour, 1/2 minimum. Additional expenses (replacing a bad hard drive, for example) will be billed at cost of equipment purchased + 10%. These expenses will be authorized by the customer prior to purchase.
